Lindsay T. Harden
At just 30 years old, Lindsay T. Harden is already making a meaningful impact as a licensed funeral director, embalmer, and Location Manager at Crevasse’s Simple Cremation.
Her path into funeral service began with personal loss at a young age. After her mother’s passing, Lindsay was left with questions that led her to confront grief head-on and ultimately dedicate her life to helping others navigate it with understanding and care.
One of her proudest moments came after a tragic accident took the life of a mother of two teenage boys. When the eldest asked Lindsay to do everything possible to restore his mother for viewing, she approached the work with intention and heart. After seeing his mother, he emerged saying, “I can’t believe it… she’s perfect again.” That moment allowed both sons to say goodbye with peace, and it remains a powerful reminder of the impact of this work.
Lindsay also sees a meaningful shift happening in the profession. Women are sharing knowledge more openly, supporting one another, and building a stronger, more connected community. To her, that reflects what Funeral Women Lead is all about: education, generosity, and leading with compassion.
Her leadership style is rooted in something simple but powerful: being a light. Whether through humor or connection, she believes even small moments of positivity can create a ripple effect, especially in a profession that holds so much weight.
When asked what she would tell other women in funeral service, her answer is clear. Find your people. Surround yourself with those who support your growth and believe in you.
Lindsay unleashes her greatness by making others laugh, and by showing up every day with heart, skill, and a deep commitment to the families she serves.

Lindsay embodies the kind of heart, strength, and generosity that makes this community so special, and it is an honor to learn alongside her and support her continued leadership journey.
