Despite their growing numbers, women are underrepresented in leadership positions across the death care profession. They struggle with self-confidence and lack a clear path or strategy for career advancement.
We walk alongside women throughout their careers, keeping them connected to peers and mentors, while supporting them with ongoing personal and professional mentoring, coaching, and leadership development.
