This year, Funeral Women Lead sent the Pulse Survey out to women across this profession, not to prove what we already believed, but to find out what’s actually true. 555 women answered honestly, about burnout, mentorship, voice, and whether this profession is built to keep them. This report is what we heard, synthesized into one clear picture of where women in funeral service and deathcare stand today.
