Brilliant Health Breakthroughs: Empowering Strategies for Optimal Health and Longevity

Inspiring and empowering health transformation is Dr. Susan Wilder’s life mission. Why?

Unleashing our healing power has profound potential to heal the world.

Sadly, Americans endure the longest health gap, more than 12 years between health span (years lived without chronic disease) and lifespan. That means poorer life expectancy and more years in chronic disease, dementia, and disability than anywhere else. For those of us in the funeral and deathcare profession, we see this everyday – and we are the women who also live it at times.

This session will illuminate a different path. Our functional medicine, root-cause paradigm proves that chronic diseases are symptoms, not life sentences.

Dr. Wilder will share simple, evidence-proven, strategies that prevent our patients from developing type 2 diabetes, needing vascular surgery, amputations, or dialysis, or suffering heart attacks, strokes, or memory problems until well beyond typical life expectancy. You’ll take away:

  • Proven nutrition and wellness practices to support longevity
  • Practical ways to integrate mind, body, and spirit for true well-being
  •  Evidence-based strategies for lasting health and vitality.

10:00 – 10:15 AM | Break

Discuss your thoughts and reflections of Dr. Wilder’s keynote while enjoying refreshments.

10:15 AM – 12:00 PM | Closing Session with Marguerite Ham

Designing a Whole-Person Self-Care Plan

You’ve absorbed a lot of information and inspiration, now it’s time to have Marguerite Ham, leadership expert, mindfulness guide, and self-care strategist, help you create a plan for how to take care of yourself so the lessons truly sink in.

Her closing session will guide you to:

  • Create a holistic self-care plan — that includes personal, professional, physical, and spiritual well-being
  • Identify key takeaways from the Summit and translate them into actionable steps for a more balanced life
  • Set clear, soul-aligned intentions for your (career and personal) path ahead

Maguerite’s session gives you the fuel you need to carry forward.

12:00 – 12:15 PM | Closing
We take a final moment to reflect on the summit experience, share lessons learned and cement new connections and relationships. At the end of the summit, you’ll leave inspired, refreshed, and equipped with tools to sustain your growth long after the summit ends.

Cancellation Policy: We understand that plans can change! Cancellations made on or before October 1 will receive a full refund. After October 1, we are unable to offer refunds, but you’re welcome to transfer your registration to another person.
