Schedule of Events

What We Did

Attendees participated in transformational leadership training with Cate Collins, explored holistic health strategies with Dr. Susan S. Wilder, and enjoyed restorative experiences ranging from shared meals to spa time, outdoor activities, and meaningful conversations. Participants discovered ways to overcome life and work obstacles with Marguerite Ham and bring out the best in themselves and their teams! Attendees learned strategies for approaching life and work with positive, forward-thinking. Together, we created a space where women could step away from daily demands, reflect on what matters most, and return home and to their work with clarity and energy for the year ahead.

What It Meant

This Summit was more than just an event, it was a space to recharge, to reflect, and to rise. It reinforced our mission: to unleash the greatness in women of funeral service and deathcare. We were able to meet that mission by supporting, empowering, and elevating women in funeral service through our community, peer mentorship, and wellness support. The insights, stories, and connections forged during these days will continue shaping our shared journey.
